It is an incomplete literary work that does describe what appears to be the plagues of Egypt in an extremely similar way as the Bible has them recorded. What is clear is that the Bible does not mention the name of the Pharaoh in the Book of Exodus. According to the biblical timeline, Rameses would have lived during the period of the Book of Judges.
